The Countdown to Kick-Off is on! ⏱️

Apologies that it’s taken me longer than expected to send the second update email out. I’ve been making some tweaks behind the scenes to get everything set up and running smoothly.

For the newer members of the group, here is a recap of what to expect the show:

📺 Four 10-15 minute topics in every week (these will change depending on the hot footballing topics of the week).
🎙️ We’ll send an email to everyone the Sunday before, to let you know what these topics will be, and I’ll put out a call for suitable guests. This is your chance to get involved!

One of the key changes you may have noticed is that rather than hosting it on the Unsung Sport channel, which might be confusing for new subscribers, I’ve created a brand new channel @talkingballs

As everyone knows, starting from scratch takes time so I would really appreciate your valued support by spreading the word to make this a truly interactive show where everyone gets the chance to share their opinions.

Manchester United are not happy with Fulham FC for their recent TikTok post where they poked fun at Bruno Fernandes by saying, “We’re glad he’s OK”, after yet another display of rolling around on the floor following the slightest of taps.

Did any one else see the crazy moment from the Women’s Africa Cup of nations this week? A Cameroonian player was sent off for trying to use JuJu to put off the Nigerian goalkeeper by throwing something into their goal! 🤯 (Google it)
